DelTech the Debate, Mun and Quiz society of DTU organized a thrilling intra-college competition on one of the most intellectual forms of debate, extempore. Extempore is an impromptu speech delivered with minimal preparation on a topic and tests the speaker’s critical thinking ability, communication skills, and knowledge of the motion.
